Pastor Darlene D. Joseph serves as Founder and Pastor of Outpour Nashville, in Nashville TN. Born to her parents Apostle Vincent Greaves Sr. and Victoria Patterson she was trained from a little child to put God first in everything that you do. Consequently, she has spent her life serving God and His people. In junior high school, Pastor Darlene took a solemn approach to the music field. After playing the drums from a young child she took up the Bass, Trumpet, and Saxophone. In late 2003, Pastor Darlene was anointed by the late Pastor Willie Robinson and her father Apostle Vincent Greaves, Sr. to play the organ. She began playing increasingly without any lessons. From that vital moment music and song ministry became an intricate part of her life.

Comfortable serving in the background, in 2005 Pastor Darlene officially accepted the call of God upon her life was licensed a Minister. Since that time God has justly made room for not only her unique skills and ministry giftings, but for the declaration of the preached word in the Earth. Throughout her ministry tenure she has served as Minister of Music, Youth Ministry Leader, Young Adult Ministry Leader, Church Administration, Pastor of Creative Arts, and more.

Although a Brooklyn, NY native, in early 2020 following the instructions of the Lord, Pastor Darlene transitioned to Nashville, TN. In November 2021, following again the instruction of the Lord, Pastor Darlene began the process of building Outpour Nashville. Beginning with monthly midnight prayers and weekly bible study, Pastor Darlene has been commissioned by God to build “a place of grace” where people from all walks of life can and will experience the outpouring of the spirit of God as in Joel 2:28. Pastor Darlene was officially installed as the Lead Pastor of Outpour Nashville in April 2023.

Pastor Darlene also currently serves a Chaplain for the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD). Pastor Darlene waits expecting the greatness of God to continue to do phenomenal and astounding things in her life. For the bible says, "But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you".
